Brieanna Singletary is an attorney barred in, both, New York and the District of Columbia, with years of experience and understanding in the realms of luxury fashion, design, and business operations of emerging markets.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Charleston School of Law, getting the highest grades in Trademark Law, and focused her legal studies and internships within the trademark, copyright, and corporate business law industries.

During the depths of COVID-19, Brieanna serviced over 15 or more small businesses with free trademark services. She educated business owners about the power of brand protection, and various avenues that could be taken to protect and grow their brands. As a result of her commitment during COVID-19, she was deemed an “Entrepreneur of Impact” by the Hatch Tribe, a female entrepreneurship accelerator and mentorship group.

With her history in art, retail, and product sales, she used her legal focus in trademark, copyright, and certain business contracts, to start her own law firm. Brieanna Bugatti Legal, P.C. is a virtual law firm serving small businesses and solo entrepreneurs ensuring innovative business developments are protected for major success.
