Meet the CEO
My name is Sharita Cannon, a licensed South Carolina attorney, with over four (4) years of legal experience. I completed my undergraduate studies at Augusta State University, double-majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice. I received my Bachelor of Art degrees in 2012. In 2019, I graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Charleston School of Law. I received several CALI Awards of Excellence for earning the highest grades in Business Associations, Contracts II, Torts I, and Torts II. More recently, I was selected and recognized as an Emerging Leader of Women in Law by Marquis Who's Who in America.
I've specialized in business start-up and formation since 2019, with my clients earning a combined total of more than 3.78 million dollars in PROFIT - and counting! My experience in the legal field, business start-up and development, marketing and advertisement, profit optimization, and cultural trends have all contributed to my clients' success. I've successfully started and help sustain various businesses, including, but not limited to, jewelry stores, cosmetic companies, lawn care and maintenance service providers, hair salons and barber shops, network engineering companies, CBD companies, wellness and fitness centers, apparel companies, and general merchandise retail stores.
